Tourist visa
According to the Russian state regulations, to participate in the conferences, tourist visa can be issued.
To visit the Russian Federation, an entry visa is required for all foreign citizens. Entry visas are obtained from the Russian embassies and consulates.
The organizers will supply all participants with the letters of invitation in proper form and hotel voucher (confirmation of the hotel booking) necessary for applying for a request for visa support. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months after the planned date of leaving the Russian Federation. We advise you to contact the Russian Consulate in your country in advance because it can take several weeks to obtain the visa.
Tourist visa support is possible only together with a hotel reservation form, provided free of charge for the dates of staying in the hotel.
Those participants who plan to make their own hotel reservations also require a tourist visa invitation. Your hotel should provide you with a voucher. Please, indicate the name and the address of the hotel you will be staying at when filling in the Visa Support form in your profile. The organizing Committee will provide you with the second document (letter of invitation) for applying for your visa.
Immediately upon receipt, make sure that all the information shown in the invitation documents is correct.
The deadline to make a request for a tourist visa invitation is September 01, 2020.
After you submit the tourist visa application form, the Organizing Committee will provide you (in 2-3 days) with an official guest confirmation. You have to submit this confirmation to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country and apply for your Russian visa.
Visa support cost for any accompanying person is 25 €.
